This Week's Guest Is UK Athletic's Legend Liz McColgan-Nuttall MBE
On this week's show we welcome one of UK athletics all time greats, Scottish long distance runner Liz McColgan-Nuttall into the virtual studio. Liz won 2 Coomonwealth 10,000 m golds and a 3,000 m bronze, silver and bronze at the World Cross Country Championships, 10,000 m gold at the 1991 World championships, 10,000 m silver at the 1988 Olympic Games as well as winning the 1992 World Half Marathon Championships, the 1991 New York Marathon, 1992 Tokyo Marathon and 1996 London Marathon. Liz talks about her amazing career and the injuries that plagued it as well as her recent role as a development coach and her daughter Eilish' career.
