This Week's Guest Is Robert Maillet!!!

On the Drew Carson Show this week is former WWE superstar turned actor and stuntman Robert Maillet. Before becoming an imposing screen presence he was an... imposing screen presence in his run with the World Wrestling Entertainment, then World Wrestling Federation, as Kurgan.

Some of Robert's credits include:

300 (2007)
Sherlock Holmes (2009)
Immortals (2011)
Pacific Rim (2013)
Brick Mansions (2014)
Hercules (2014)
The Strain (2014)

Robert shares some of his experiences on the road wrestling for the WWE and from his extensive screen career. He talks about working on Pacific Rim, punching Robert Downey Jr., working with  Paul Walker and David Belle and so much more.

Robert also does a lot of charity work and a charity with a special place in his heart is L'Arbre De L'Espoir Tree Of Hope which

since 1989 their campaign has allowed significant projects to be carried out; New Brunswickers and their families affected by cancer have benefited directly from these projects. 100 % of the funds raised through the campaign stays in New Brunswick and allows numerous priority projects to take flight. This campaign makes all the difference in the lives of patients.

The campaign has become a cause around which many communities have united. Year after year, they work hard to raise funds and help in the fight against cancer. Schools, community groups, businesses and many other organizations and institutions dedicate their time and money to make sure that they are constantly improving oncology services in New Brunswick. Great things are accomplished through solidarity, and the Tree of Hope campaign is a perfect example. You can find out more about the charity here at their website: Tree Of Life
